RULES OF BOOKING
Rules of booking rooms in “Lesnoe – Rudnya” Resort
1. The procedure for booking rooms at the resort.
1.1. The room shall be booked by sending an application to the Resort:
a) via the Resort’s website;
b) via email: email@example.com;
c) by phone: +375296767771;
d) directly at the Resort at the reception, subject to availability.
1.2. When receiving an application, the Resort shall assign it a serial number that will be indicated thereafter in all correspondence between the Resort and the Guest.
1.3. Applications for booking are accepted around the clock. For a guaranteed booking, the Resort recommends to send an application no later than 8 days before the date of expected arrival of the Guest.
1.4 The Resort shall confirm or reject the Guest’s booking application not later than in 1 (one) day from the date of receipt of the application. In the case of confirmation, the Resort shall send the booking confirmation to the Guest. In case of rejection, the Resort shall send to the Guest a notice about its refusal to confirm the booking application. These notices shall be given to the Guest via e-mail or by phone number stated by the Guest in the booking application.
1.5. The Room shall be deemed booked if the booking application has been approved by the Resort and sent to the Guest to the number stated in the application.
1.6. Along with confirmation of the booking application, the Resort shall send to the Guest an invoice for payment. The Room shall be deemed guaranteedly booked when the advance payment has been received to the bank account or in the cash register of the Resort. This amount shall be included in the payment for the entire stay at the Resort. The invoice shall be paid within 5 (five) days. In case the Guest fails to pay the Invoice within 5 days, the booking application shall be canceled.
1.7. The booking shall be approved if the Guest agrees to order Full Board service. Otherwise, booking is not provided.
1.8. Full Board service shall include a dinner on the day of arrival and a breakfast on the day of departure; a lunch on the day of departure shall be paid additionally and is not included in the Full Board service.
2. Check-in and check-out rules.
2.1. Check-in time shall start at 15:00 as agreed by the parties in the notice of booking confirmation. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
2.2. At arrival the Guest shall provide the Receptionist with a booking approval notice sent by the Resort, a billing document confirming the payment of the invoice issued by the Resort, a passport, and a birth certificate (for children).
2.3. The booked room shall be reserved for the Guest up to 07:00 of the day following the day of expected arrival.
2.4. If the Guest fails to arrive until 07:00 of the day following the day of expected arrival, the booking shall be cancelled. If the Guest arrives after 07:00 of the said day, the check-in shall be carried out in priority sequence and subject to the availability of the rooms. If the Guest fails to arrive until 07:00 of the day following the day of expected arrival, the Guest shall pay a penalty in the amount of the cost of the first night in the room of type booked.
3.1. Cost of the Resort’s services shall be indicated in the notice of booking confirmation. The cost specified in the notice of booking confirmation shall be used for final settlement between the parties.
3.2. If the notice of booking confirmation doesn’t indicate the cost of the Resort’s services, payment shall be made on basis of the prices specified in the rates schedule of the Resort.
3.3. Accommodation of children under 4 years old shall be not charged extra.
4.1. The Guest can pay for the Resort’s services in one of the following ways, at its own discretion:
4.1.1. in non-cash form via transfer of funds to the account of the Resort;
4.1.2. in cash at the Resort’s reception.
4.2. Regardless of the chosen way of payment, the first night shall be paid for by bank transfer. On further stay, this amount shall be included in the cost of accommodation for the first night.
4.3. The Guest's obligation to pay for the Resort’s services shall be deemed fulfilled at the time of transfer of the corresponding funds to the Resort’s account or in the Resort’s cash register.
4.4. If the Guest fails to comply with the established payment terms, the booking shall be automatically canceled.
5. Booking cancelation.
5.1. In case the Guest cancels the booking approved by the Resort, the Guest shall notify the Resort about the cancelation via email not later than within 72 hours before the check-in time officially established by the Resort (15:00). If the Guest fails to comply with this condition, the Guest shall pay a penalty in the amount of 20% of the prepaid total cost of the accommodation booked by the Guest.
5.2. If the Guest has booked a room at the Resort for a certain amount of days but has to leave before that time, the Guest shall notify the Resort about such changes 24 hours before the expected check-out time. Otherwise, the Guest shall pay an amount of money equal to the cost of one night.
6. Refund of advance payment.
6.1. In case the Guest cancels the booking and sends a written notice of cancellation by e-mail to the Resort not later than 72 hours before the check-in time officially established by the Resort (15:00), the amount of advance payment shall be refunded in full, except for transfer fee.
6.2. In any other case advance payment shall be not refunded.
7. Force Majeure.
7.1. In exceptional cases, the Resort reserves the right to replace the pre-booked room by a room of equal or better type, without changing the cost of accommodation or to refund the pre-paid amount in full to the Guest. In this case, the Resort shall promptly notify the Guest about such changes or refund.
